Overview
Partnerships are central to delivering the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and are essential for the vision and outcomes in UNDP's Strategic Plan. The relevance of UNDP hinges on its ability to work as a credible, trusted and effective partner.
Under the overall objective to work with partner countries and help them access and manage development finance for greater development impact, UNDP aims to achieve and sustain a more adequate, stable and predictable level of resources that
- ensures that corporate priorities are fully implemented;
- underpins the strategic relevance of UNDP for partner governments; and,
- enables the organization to respond to emerging needs globally and at the country level in a strategic, innovative and forward looking manner.
The purpose of this consultancy is to develop a Corporate Fundraising Toolkit. The purpose of the Corporate Fundraising Toolkit is to drive income growth from the corporate sector across UNDP's work worldwide. Income growth will come from countries as they develop and strengthen their corporate fundraising capacity and skills in order to develop new partnerships. The toolkit will be designed to help UNDP country offices plan how they can engage with the corporate sector and maximize resource mobilization in an efficient and effective way.
