Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take on a newly created HR Analyst role, to support the HR team and the wider business in the development and improvement of HR processes and HR systems. You will review and analyse data, produce dashboards and HR reporting tools to establish a more efficient and effective data collection process. In addition you with produce and maintain HR reports, whilst collating, collecting and analysing data on people metrics. You will be focused on people process development however also interact and work with other business units and stakeholders to review and analyse data collected for trends across the wider business and countries.
What you'll need to succeed
As this is an Analyst position, you will have the combination of both an HR degree and strong IT and systems skills. You will ideally have experience of working in an HR environment, focusing on HR reporting, HRIS maintenance and HR data analytics. You will be metrics and data focused whilst having an appreciation and understanding of people and culture and wider commercial objectives. You will have advanced excel and reporting skills and be able to manipulate data and analyse trends within HR and Payroll. You will have excellent problem solving skills and be able to manage and develop strong stakeholder relationships.
