Hays Human Resources are seeking to appoint a Senior Human Resources Manager for a direct 9 month contract to commence ASAP.
Your new role
As an integral member of the National Human Resources Team, this strategic leadership opportunity has a primary focus to influence and drive HR initiatives / operations across a large portfolio.
Reporting into the Senior HRBP Lead, based in Sydney, this role is responsible for designing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aimed at delivering exceptional service levels of the employee engagement life cycle along with end to end facets of Human Resources.
You will provide strategic leadership, coaching and management on day to day HR requirements for the organisation while working with the Senior Executive Team and Partners to develop and implement HR solutions/initiatives to achieve business goals.
In this role, you will contribute to the strategy whilst providing operational support, delivering on all people initiatives, focusing on performance management, employee engagement and retention. You will also drive a number of key projects with the Executive Team.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will be a strategic thinker, have strong operational HR experience combined with project planning and management at a senior level within a commercial environment.
It is essential for the successful applicant to have a solid understanding of all HR functions; exposure to rolling out HR projects along with tertiary qualifications in a HR related discipline. This position is offered at .8 with a salary ranging from $110k - $120k + super.
