Research assistants are needed to negotiate permissions from local
government authorities and collect public records from municipal
offices.
Job Description

Research assistants needed for short-term data collection work. Research
 assistants (RAs) will negotiate permissions from local government
authorities and collect public records from municipal and district
offices. RAs will be managed and paid remotely. RAs must have access to a
 smartphone with a good quality camera in order to capture and send
copies of paper records once collected. RAs must also have access to a
USB flash to collect and send electronic copies of records once
collected. Payment is upon successful collection of data, barring
exceptional circumstances. Reasonable expenses will be covered.

Ideal candidates will be university-educated, have some proficiency in
English and be based in one of the following districts:
