Key Responsibilities
• Overall oversight for the day-to-day operations of the Company Secretarial Business including overseeing performance, organization, managing resources and assets
• Planning, budgeting and delivering agreed financial objectives for the P&L
• Business Development
• Developing, maintaining and leveraging strong client relationships
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university
• Professional Qualification in the fields of Corporate Secretarial Practice or Accounting
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in company secretarial practice and administration
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Exceptional Communication Skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
