BTS I MW antenna IRF antenna installation Feeder & IF Installation, MW alignment Team support to Supervisor! Technician Strict adherence to OHS Required

Education Basic Education + ability to communicate

FLM Engineer- 25 No’s

Operations & Maintenance of NOKIA FIexi BTS, BSC, RNC

Operation & Maintenance of Micro Wave of NSNI Huawe/Aviat & Optical nodes

Knowledge of WPM tool & internal alarm clearance

Responsible for Preventive Maintenance /Corrective Maintenance

Configuration Management

Conduct Acceptance Test & Support site augmentation activities for new sites

Strict adherence to OHS (occupational health & safe guidelines with the defined user

OHS certification requirement

Education BTech/Diploma + English communication

Certification Working at Heights Certificate.

Experience 5-6years

The Key deliverables include up time management (SLA & KPI), Fault reduction Managing teams of 12 – 14 Field Engineers & drive daily activities

Ability to dimension & manage Inventory.

Drive cost control & operational efficiency initiatives

Should have experience in Operations & Maintenance of NOKIA Flexi BTS, BSC, RNC

Should have experience in Operation & Maintenance

Micro Waves of NSN/Huawe/Aviat & Optical nodes

Education BTech I Diploma + English communication

Experience 10-12 years
