Details

Summary of Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage Credit Risks, Market Risks & Operational Risks bank-wide;
•
Manage the Credit Administration Process;
• Board and Regulatory reporting;
• Develop the Bank Compliance and Corporate Governance Policies and procedures; and
• Responsible for overseeing compliance in the Bank


Qualification and experience required:



• Undergraduate degree;
• A Masters degree/professional qualifications will be an added advantage;
• 10-12 years working experience;
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements, policies and procedures;
• Knowledge of interest rate risk management and balance sheet management techniques;
•
Knowledge of BASEL II and best practices in risk management and banking;
• Good understanding of credit, Monitoring and evaluation skills;
• Planning and organizing skills, Relationship Management; and
• Good communication and report writing skills
