Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed a 7th worldwide wonder, the Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands upon thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala and Grant’s gazelle.
The property is located in the Serengeti National Park, about 35 kilometers from the nearest airstrip located at Seronera. The drive from the Seronera airport to the property takes about 45 minutes – guests will see an abundance of large wild animals during a typical airport transfer.
This key position requires an individual who:
Minimum of 2 years with similar experience working as Restaurant Manager.
Requires a working knowledge of Division Operations.
Knowledge of F&B Service, Cost Control, Labor Control, Merchandising and Accounting.
Strong and effective interpersonal skills.
A self-starter that can multi-task and prioritize.
Communication and influencing strategies.
Strong in Administration, using of F&B Computer Systems such as Micros.
English language is a must.
