IT Field Support Technician POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Qualification Diploma in Computer studies , CCNA will be added advantage
Minimum work experience 2 years
Radio Communication & Electrical skill will be an added advantage
1. Responsible for preventive maintenance of network, hardware and radio & satellite communications systems.
2. Responsible for 1st level field response to Service Requests as delegated by IT Manager & Lodge Manager.
3. Responsible for management of IT inventory and stocks maintained at IT Office.
4. Provides network, hardware and communications systems installations support to the IT administrator or IT Manager
5. Works with the IT Manager to maintain the configuration management document

Duty Station is in Maswa work 6 weeks on job, 2 weeks off.
